A new evil lurks in the depths of East Asia, taking Abbey Chase, Silicon Valerie and Sydney Savage from the bustling metropolis of Hong Kong to the ancient jungle ruins of the Angkor Empire. Right on the heels of the gripping conclusion of their mission against the Hammer, the Danger Girls must face a shadowy new nemesis known only as the Kama Syndicate. After losing the trail of an infamous arms dealer, the Danger Girls send Silicon after a lead in Kowloon, Hong Kong relying on her computer-hacking skills to recover nuclear secrets stolen from the former Soviet Union. Silicon is hooking up to Mikhail Strongonov's vehicle when a beautiful and mysterious Chinese operative enters the scene, and all hell breaks loose. What was supposed to be a simple search and retrieval mission turns into an explosive firefight over Hong Kong's Victoria Harbor. Mikhail follows the Chinese operative getting away in his car, by air, as Silicon follows closely behind on a scooter. After catching them, Mikhail uses an RPG to blow up the car and Sydney drops in just in time to pick up Silicon and the nucleur device. Back on Danger Yacht, Deuce, Abbey and Silicon are watching an old WWII film of the Japanese bombing America, and not in fact the nucleur device they believed they retrieved earlier. Along with the film, they find a book with notes about a positronium device and an old Nazi/Japanese flight route that was most likely transporting this device from Nazi Germany to South East Asia. Abbey and Sydney head to some ruins in Angkor, Cambodia to look for this device, only to find the Chinese operative from Kowloon has already beaten them there. Abbey is captured by what appears ot be a bunch of Hammer agents.
